Journal
I decided I'm going to keep some track and what I eat and what not. Summer is coming and I've been real lazy lately. It's amazing because I have never been this careless before. I am getting to comfortable with the fact that my boyfriend likes me the way I am. I know I wont gain any weight, but I want to loose and just hope alone isn't going to help me be where I want to be at summer time. I don't have a scale, or blah, but I have measuring thingy and a random scale when I go somewhere, so I'm going to try and keep track and write in here when I can. I just realized having a journal to write in helps me a lot, and I can't just do a notebook because writing takes a lot of time and my boyfriend will real it and bitch. I don't know. So I am going to try and go on a fast, if not, than I am just going to eat less and more healthy food options. Yadayada, you know the bizz. Today I ate a lot, and like not alot alot, but enough to be a lot for me. Because I had breakfeast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. Normally, it's like whoa just eat breakfast and something during the afternoon, that's all that's really needed. But when you eat a lot, your body gets hungry more. Your like stomach gets bigger and what not. So yeah.
Diet Plans
Ok. The plan is eating less, and no more than 1000 calories on anyday. Liquids, are ok. Like Juices, water, tomato soup, and low calorie liquids like that. Candy is alright, like because sometimes I like suckers and it's like barley any calories if I eat the right kind of candy. Also, maybe an occasional something else that's like no fat and low calorie but healthy. Veggies and fruit and stuff is cool. I'm going to try and do this but if I get drunk or something and break it, than I'll just do it again. I'm normally good at this, so I will be able to loose weight for sure.
